Spring fun!!!

We had so much fun building our snowman, but we had to change Kaylee's mittens a couple of times because they got wet and her hands got cold. Or maybe its just Kaylee because she likes to take clothes off......especially socks.

Our snowman turned into a snow bunny since it is spring and Easter is just around the corner. Allie was so proud. This morning she checked to see if it was still outside and discovered the head came off and broke. She was sad...I hope someone didn't come and knock it off, but its hard to say what really happened so we just say it fell off. Today we might just bundle up and go back out and put it back on.

Daddy decided since we haven't gone sledding this year we should. So he pulled the girls around in the snow. I'm sure the snow won't last very long now because its spring now and we've had temperatures in the upper 60's a lot recently.

Hold on girls. Allie thought sledding was the funnest thing ever. Just imagine what she would say if we really went sledding on a hill. After we had fun in the snow we warmed up inside with a nice cup of hot cocoa. Although this late winter storm has been fun, we are really looking forward to spring and summer. There is nothing like building sand castles, playing with sidewalk chalk, swimming, and popsicles.
