It's officially 2011!

So, I decided to write a quick note about our year so far...........On January 1st our pipes froze.  Then when that was resolved, our phone stopped working.  How is that for starting off the year?  =)  We are all fixed up now, and hoping our luck will improve.  Allie is back in school and doing great!  She enjoy's just about everything there, but still thinks her favorite time is lunch time.  She takes a lunch box with a sandwich everyday, and insists its still one of her favorite foods.  I'm okay with that!  Kaylee keeps trying on her swimming suit and looking out the window at the snow and asking me if she can go swimming outside when it is warm.  I just can't help think about my families younger years and swimming in the snow for New Years with our good friends the Marshalls.  Good times...........maybe not the smartest times, but definately memorable.  Sydney is getting two molars, and will have a total of 7 teeth.  Amazingly she teeths well, and I only discovered her incoming teeth while feeding her some lunch.  She doesn't complain or have any of the common symptoms from teething.  No complaints from Jared or I.  We are busy with the ins and outs in life, but are still looking at things from a positive point of view.  We hope everyone is doing well and enjoying January!  Its definately too cold to be headed outside.  I only go out when I have to.  As Kaylee would put it.  The snow is cold but glittery!  It is a beautiful sight to see..........from my window!
