MAY
Allie's school walk a thon.......it actually was more like a run a thon. She did great! All of the kids were red faced and ready for popcicles when they were finished.
This was a special day! Our kids never get to play at the fast food playlands, so going to McDonalds and playing here was a real treat! Jumping on the drums and sliding down the piano slide would make music, which the kids loved!
Sydney thought this was the greatest!
APRIL
Sydney building blocks with Jared.....I couldn't believe she could stack the block and it wouldn't fall over for quite a while.
Boys will be boys......always! It started with the kids playing and ended up with brothers playing! =)
Peek a boo! One of Sydney's favorite games. She was playing with her Grandpa Doss!
Sydney put her coat on all by herself......notice the hat near her bum! =)
Sydney put Allie's boots on all by herself......its funniest when she's wearing her Daddy's shoes!
Allie lost her 1st tooth on April 4th from biting into a piece of Kaylee's birthday rice krispy treat cake! What a story to tell her teacher and friends at school!
For Allie's Spring break we spent a few days visiting Nana and Grandpa Doss. They have a really nice community center with a library, swimming facility, exercise facility, basketball courts, and more. The kids loved going there to swim and play. Here is Allie and Sydney driving the tractor (possibly in the parade since Allie is riding as a hood ornament.
Kaylee is lovin' that cute cow! Cows can be cute......as long as they are cartooned!!!
We love Nana and Grandpa!
Having an early Easter Egg Hunt! Sydney really got the hang of gathering eggs until she realized there was a jelly bean inside each of them....then no more hunting, just eating!
So nice to share!
Allie found the loot!
Wait.....so did Kaylee!
Sydney doesn't understand why she needs a bucket....hands work just as well.
I love Easter Eggs simply because they are soooooo colorful!
Trying for a family picture before church.....ending up with sad kids. Such is life!
We got a few good shots, too bad not every face was happy in any of the pictures! It just shows reality! Thats the best kind of pictures anyway right!!!
A before the haircut picture!
After the haircut picture! Allie wanted it cut up to her ear, but we settled for near the shoulders so she can still wear a ponytail. Thanks Grandma James for cutting it!
My cute little niece Rosalee hanging off the horn of a rino!!! Sooo brave!
Look at that nice rino letting the kids take a ride. Very tame animals at this zoo!
Yee haw! Forever young!
So this is how the James Gang rides! Convenient!
Allie, Jesse, Jenny, Kristi, and Tia
Grandma in the back! Daddy taking good care of Sydney! It was in the 40's that morning! Still fun! I've never been to the zoo when it wasn't super hot! A nice change I recommend!
The zoo keeper feeding this 50 year old turtle. Cool!
My cute nephew Zeke showing me that lizard! Its right by the window. Not too shabby!
This is a cool picture. Usually in the heat, the wild cats just lay in the shade or water. This one was walking about!
Here kitty, kitty, kitty! Kaylee, Allie, Sydney, Rosalee, and Jared
This may be the closest animal to a pet they get, so take advantage girls!
Literally coloring the Easter Eggs! We love being with cousins!
So many memories and so much fun!
Allie the rabbit joining in the fun!
Easter Sunday! This picture is for my Mom! She has a picture of me when I was little teaching my doll to play a toy trumpet. Trying to get it to work is the trick. Actually its easier than I made it!
Kaylee is always super excited to get candy treats!
We had a nice Sunday at Church and went to John's house for the afternoon. They did an egg roll, where they roll the eggs down the driveway for a race to see which egg goes the farthest. The kids really liked it. (John, Jared, and all!!!)
Go eggs go!
We also had a nice Family Home Evening that Lindsey prepared where we sang songs, watched the movie about Christ's mission, and answered testimony building questions. It was really great!
Sydney showing me her funny face!
Kaylee learning how to sign I love you!

Your girls are getting so tall and cute. Great post. Thanks for sharing.
I found your blog through Lindsey's and hope it was okay that I looked it. Your pictures are so cute and I can't believe how fast your kids are growing up. Hope things continue to go well for your family.
